Replacement Process:
- Customers who received Pebble products as part of the KableOne OTT offer can request a replacement if they face issues covered under warranty.
- They should follow the standard warranty claim process through Pebble.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not applicable since the product was provided as a complimentary offer for Rs.1 under SRK Infotech (Pebble).
- L1 and L2 support teams should deny refund requests.
Handling Irate Customers:
- If a customer insists on a refund, they must provide a Purchase Invoice from Pebble (not the PO from KableOne, which only mentions Rs.1).
- In such cases, we can process a refund for the amount mentioned in their Pebble invoice after verification.
