1. Replacement Process:

    • Customers who received Pebble products as part of the KableOne OTT offer can request a replacement if they face issues covered under warranty.
    • They should follow the standard warranty claim process through Pebble.
  2. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are not applicable since the product was provided as a complimentary offer for Rs.1 under SRK Infotech (Pebble).
    • L1 and L2 support teams should deny refund requests.
  3. Handling Irate Customers:

    • If a customer insists on a refund, they must provide a Purchase Invoice from Pebble (not the PO from KableOne, which only mentions Rs.1).
    • In such cases, we can process a refund for the amount mentioned in their Pebble invoice after verification.
