1.Objective:
To ensure a seamless process for handling Non-QC pick-ups for brands where QC is generally enabled, avoiding pick-up cancellations due to communication gaps, and establishing a structured mechanism to communicate with WH, Logistics, sellers (in drop-ship models) to accept wrongly shipped products.
Note: Karagiri is on hold for the process, we will follow the same existing process for Karagiri where we writing manual mails asking for non-QC pick-up.
