Existing Policy
Pebble will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 72 hours of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below.
1. Refund will also be given under circumstances where there is a delay in delivery of the product. In case the product is not received, you are eligible to cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to you within 5- 7 working days. (Pebble will not be responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays).
2. If the customer receives a wrong product, a Replacement/Refund will be processed after customer consent.
3. Damaged product received. Any physical damage must be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

4. Manufacturing damage must be notified to within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Examples: These are any issues in the product when he turns it on such as
-Customer complains that watch not turning on
-Line of screen when he turned on
-Product dead
-One Earbud only working etc
