What is the Offer?

Check order value equal to or above Rs 999.
Check if the order is placed on our website only to avail of the offer
Any customer who placed the order in any other forum or ONDC is not eligible for this offer.
The products purchased under this offer are not eligible for returns.
If the above terms and conditions are met, only we will entertain customer requests.
Escalations:
If there are any concerns about the same, the L1 team will escalate the case to L2
For any customer reaching for the above offer issues, the agent to check if the customer met all T &Cs. Post-checking if the customer faces any issues, escalate the case to L2.
Agent to check Shopify if the products falls under offers and if teh order was placed successfully. If the customer is eligible for the offer, please inform the customer that we will check and update in T+3 days regarding the offers.
