Delay in Dispatch of Orders due to Kawad Yatra


As Kawad Yatra is going on,  there will be speed disruptions in the network on lanes originating from the North and also, destined for UP, Uttarakhand, BH, Kolkata, and Jharkhand.


Monday Major Impact - Jalabhishek occasion on 17th of July. There will be a likely of 48 hours major impact for promise dates falling on 17-18th of July. The Impact will be major in UP & Uttarakhand on these dates.



Process


1.Please note that any delivery happening from the below warehouses (can be seen on the Shopify order page) will be delayed 1-2 days.


  • Gurgaon warehouse (all brands + Priyaasi warehouse


2.Also, if the delivery location is the below locations (which can be seen on the Shopify Order page) will be delayed for 1-2 days.

  • Uttar Pradesh(UP)

  • Uttarakhand

  • Bihar

  • West Bengal

  • Jharkhand



Process:

1.If Warehouse is GGN.Priyaasi WH or delivery location is UP,Uttarkand,Bihar, WestBengal,Jharkand.


 When the customer reaches support to ask for order status or delay in delivery, the L1 agent checks for the Warehouse location from Order ID, and delivery location and replies to the customer about the delayed delivery due to Kawad Yatra traffic and resolves the ticket.

The L1 agent will pacify customers that we are trying our best to deliver faster.


-No Escalation required.


2.If Warehouse and delivery location is none of the above.


If the customer location is not falling between any of the above locations example:Gujarat, Bangalore, Mysore, and Hyderabad etc and there is a delay in delivery, the L1 agent to follow the normal existing process and escalate the ticket to Delivery and Shipment queue.
