Below are the Refund and Exchange timelines for all brands.

Update 27th March 2024:
productsRefund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days once the request for cancellation in terms of prepaid, return orders, RTO orders, lost, or In transit damaged products. The refund will be processed once the product reaches the warehouse.
(The brand will not be responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays).
Scenarios
(Temporary process)
Prepaid Orders:
- If cx asks for the Refund status, L1 will check Shopify comments to see if the refund was processed and inform same to the customer.
- If customer denies it, ask the customer to check with the updates bank statement with Reference(RRN) number that we share.
COD Orders:
- If cx asks for refund status , L1 will fill the Google form for only COD orders. L1 to mention the same in a private note.
